Authenticity Focus
People
are human beings and not merely extensions of their business. To thrive
and find contentment in the 21st century, people will need to bring all
of who they are to their work, relationships and communities.
Authenticity, productivity and contentment are fundamentally connected
and can be achieved no matter what setting you are in. Work includes
both where and how one spends their time and earns a living. The goal
of workplace authenticity is to increase satisfaction in how one earns a

When
you finally embrace the fact that you are a person of great value (even
if you make someone else angry in your attempt at authenticity) you are
well on your way toward wholeness. Unconditional love must be
discovered and accepted at the deepest parts of one’s being before any
real life change can take place. Decisions are made in your head
continually. If you make them well, with comprehensive data collection
and careful evaluation, your life is bound to be authentic.

was founded on the belief that authentic people are happy, joyous and
free - - and that each of us can make the choice for authenticity. I
believe that knowing who I am and being that person is the best that
life has to offer - - and I am committed to this end. My goal is to
intimately serve individuals through a non-linear process with the focus
on creating success from the inside and by your own definition. People
who choose to focus on authenticity are committed to reclaiming their
true selves, showing up authentically in all aspects of their lives and

, I aspire to be your resource for the authenticity revolution -
chronicling the process, highlighting key steps, and identifying
authentic resources. Most of all, individuals exploring this uncharted
territory will be equipped with the tools, techniques, models, and
mind-sets they need to create their own personal authenticity. The

What
qualifies me to do this? Since 1997 I have been consciously pursuing my
own authenticity. As such, I am an expert on the subject and a
co-discoverer on the path. As a collaborator and co-creator, I am
self-revealing and authentically truthful. My role is steward and
co-creator with people on a definitive and personal path to
authenticity, using whatever relevant modality is required to stay on
the authentic path.
People
successfully identifying and embracing their authenticity become leaders
in their workplaces and their lives - - they are highly skilled at
working with people, helping them set and obtain their goals. I
emphasize experiential learning methods, individuals exhibiting
competence, a community of learners helping each other, making sure the
leader is a continuous learner, knowing about one's self, and
understanding the connectedness of systems.
